As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer productofferings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You’re a highly skilled market analyst with aproven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production - from conception throughrelease.At NBBL, you will be part of a dynamic and spirited team who are working with cross functionalteams and external market players to design, build and roll out products that has impact across thenation.

Job description -

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps andgenerate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of thecompany

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including productideation, product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning,roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation

• Analyze data to get meaningful customer and business insights

• Cross team and Cross discipline communication skills and understanding of related businessand technology process.

• Fluency in best practices of User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and InteractiveDesign processes and life cycle.

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimalresources

Key skill -

1. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicaterecommendations to executive management

2. Outstanding program management skills (communication, planning, execution); provenability to identify opportunities and drive them through to completion.

3. Drive execution of product roadmap, making smart trade-offs, coordinate dependencies, andmaintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficientproduct delivery.

4. Having knowledge and understanding of various technologies like FIGMA, user journey,Data analysis, Product development, Api understanding

5. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

6. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8. MS/BE degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

9. Understanding of latest technology stacks and APIs is plus.

10. Hands-on experience with generative AI tools
